His children are currently undertaking studies at Abbotsleigh and Barker College. His scope of experience includes residential sales and auctions, development site amalgamation and project marketing to assisting well over 2000 families achieve their real estate dreams.

Michael was initially recommended to me by a mutual friend when I was seeking advice regarding options for my mother’s family home. Michael provided robust and realistic advice covering both rental and sale possibilities which enabled us to satisfactorily refine our options. The sale at auction of the property was an astonishing experience, with the opening bid exceeding reserve by $250,000 and exceeding our “optimistic” upper expectation by $100,000. The final sale at $440,000 over reserve was a result that the family was very pleased with.
