Dear Michael, It is five days since the very successful auction of our property and we are just coming to terms with the extraordinary outcome. Michael, you have made the total sales process for Josi and me, clear and comprehensible. Your detailed feedback from “open house” sessions during the sales campaign further helped us to find the appropriate reserve price. On the day of the Auction, it was crowded in our house, but we understood from your upright and honest guidance and hard work in the background over the last four weeks that we were in safe hands. To our surprise, the Auction started with a low bid and immediately exceeded by a second high bid, which already exceeded the reserve price. Now your Auctioneer started to work hard.
